With this eco-friendly period underwear Elskbar offers natural softness, warmth and love for your menstruating body. Regular Flow is suitable for those with moderate bleeding. It can hold up to 30 ml of liquid. They work well for daytime use, and you can easily engage in sports, cycling, work, and daily activities while wearing them.
The absorbent area is the same size as a Elskbar standard pad and has the softest bamboo velour surface and two absorbent layers of bamboo terry as the core. Regular Flow can also be used for light incontinence.
So easy to use! Put them on like regular underwear. Carry on with your daily activities. When the underwear starts feeling heavy, and the blood approaches the gusset’s elastic, it’s time to change. For out and about you can carry an extra pair in our small Elskbar Wet Bag.
Tip: Start by testing the concept with 2-3 pairs of underwear. You can add more later as you experience how comfortable they are. The optimal number of underwear typically falls between 7 and 10 pieces, depending on how often you change and wash.

After use: Rinse the underwear in cold water to prevent stains (you can also pop them on the floor of the shower while you wash and let the shower do the work for you!). Elskbar's medium wet bags are perfect for storing the underwear at home until you get the chance to wash them!

Washing: Machine washable up to 40°C. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners

Drying: Please air dry. Do not tumble dry or place directly on radiators or heaters, since this could damage the waterproof TPU layer. Turn them inside out to dry faster.
