Note: We try our best to ship our products in an environmentally friendly way. Whenever possible, we use recycled packaging. If you'd prefer new packaging, please leave us a short comment with your order.

We deliver within Germany and to the following countries:

Please note: We are currently unable to accept orders shipping to the UK or to any EU country other than Germany (where we are based). We're sorry for any inconvenience.

Domestic deliveries (Germany)
- Flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order.
- Free shipping on orders of €50.00 or more.
International deliveries
⚠ Customs, duties & import charges
For all deliveries outside Germany, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not paid to us and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. They are collected by the customs authority, carrier, or other body responsible for import charges in the destination country, and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are payable on top of your order and shipping total. If you are unsure, please check your country's import rules before ordering. We are unable to predict or refund these charges.

⚠ Please note: After receiving your order, we calculate the final shipping cost based on the total weight. If additional costs arise, we will email you an invoice via your preferred payment method, and your order will be dispatched once any additional fee is paid.
Two shipping options are available: Standard and Premium. The maximum order value we can ship to the United States is €1,000.00.

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 70 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment
If payment is made using a credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
