Payment and dispatch
Note: We try our best to ship our products in an environmentally friendly way. Whenever possible, we use recycled packaging. If you'd prefer new packaging, please leave us a short comment with your order.
The following terms and conditions apply:
Shipping Conditions
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries:

- Category 1: China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan & Thailand
- Category 2: Australia & New Zealand
- Category 3: Turkey

- Category 1: Belgium, Malta, Sweden, Bulgaria, Ireland, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands, Greenland), Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione d’Italia), Netherlands (excluding non-European territories), Slovenia, Estonia, Croatia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Finland (excluding Åland Islands), Latvia, Czech Republic, Portugal, Hungary, Greece (excluding Mount Athos), Luxembourg, Romania, Cyprus (excluding the northern part).
- Category 2: Switzerland
- Category 3: Norway
- North America (Canada & United States)
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 4,90 € per order.
From an order value of 50,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
International Deliveries:
- Asia & Australia:
- Category 1: To China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan & Thailand:
- For orders with a total weight up to 2 kg, we charge a flat rate of €29.00.
- For orders with a total weight between 2.1 and 5 kg, we charge a flat rate of €49.00.
- For orders with a total weight between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat rate of €59.00.
- After receiving your order, we will calculate the shipping costs based on the total weight and invoice accordingly. We will contact you by email and issue an invoice using your preferred payment method offered by us if additional costs arise. The order will be shipped once any additional fee has been paid.
- Category 2: For Australia & New Zealand there are two shipping options: Standard and Premium. Please note: If you are unsure which option is best suited for your order, please contact us or leave a note in the comments field during checkout. We will review the shipping options for your specific order and inform you which options are available.
- Standard Shipping (by sea freight. Delivery times may exceed 40 days for Australia or 50 days for New Zealand):
- For orders with an order value under €50.00:
- For orders with a total weight up to 2 kg, we charge a flat rate of €20.00.
- For orders with a total weight between 2.1 and 5 kg, we charge a flat rate of €46.00.
- For orders with a total weight between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat rate of €62.00.
- For orders with an order value over €50.00:
- For orders with a total weight up to 5 kg, we charge a flat rate of €46.00.
- For orders with a total weight between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat rate of €62.00.
- Premium Shipping (by air freight – usually delivery times of approx. 7–14 working days):
- For orders with an order value under €200.00:
- For orders with a total weight up to 2 kg, we charge a flat rate of €38.00.
- For orders with a total weight between 2.1 and 5 kg, we charge a flat rate of €68.00.
- For orders with a total weight between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat rate of €108.00.
- For orders with an order value over €200.00:
- For orders with a total weight up to 5 kg, we charge a flat rate of €68.00.
- For orders with a total weight between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat rate of €108.00.

- Category 3: For deliveries to Turkey:
- For orders with a total weight up to 2 kg, we charge a flat rate of €20.00.
- For orders with a total weight between 2.1 and 5 kg, we charge a flat rate of €29.99.
- For orders with a total weight between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat rate of €37.99.
- After receiving your order, we will calculate the shipping costs based on the total weight and invoice accordingly. We will contact you by email and issue an invoice using your preferred payment method offered by us if additional costs arise. The order will be shipped once any additional fee has been paid.
- Europe:
- Category 1: Shipping costs to the countries listed under ‘Europe Category 1’ in our shipping terms are charged at a flat rate of €14.90 per order. For orders over €120.00, shipping is charged at a flat rate of €9.90 per order.
- Category 2: Shipping to Switzerland is charged at a flat rate of €15.99 per order.
- Category 3: Shipping to Norway is charged at a flat rate of €21.99 per order.
- North America: For Canada & the United States there are two shipping options: Standard and Premium. - For orders with an order value over €50.00:
- For orders with a total weight up to 5 kg, we charge a flat rate of €48.00.
- For orders with a total weight between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat rate of €78.00.
- Premium Shipping (by air freight – usually delivery times of approx. 7 days)
- For orders with a total weight up to 2 kg, we charge a flat rate of €40.00.
- For orders with a total weight between 2.1 and 5 kg, we charge a flat rate of €54.00.
- For orders with a total weight between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat rate of €91.00.
- After receiving your order, we will calculate the shipping costs based on the total weight and invoice accordingly. We will contact you by email and issue an invoice using your preferred payment method offered by us if additional costs arise. The order will be shipped once any additional fee has been paid.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 70 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
